   I had L16 tickets for the Dublin game before it was cancelled. UEFA sent me a mail last week offering to buy the tickets again for Wembley and have given me a link for a portal for all games. I bought the L16 (England/German) tickets again and gave them to mates. UEFA have a proper sytem setup to allow me to transfer them to English friends who used them without any problem. 
Said I'd post it up in case anyone was looking at doing same for later rounds,
