In fairness to the city of Derry they're doing something right. Alot of the other larger urban areas(Limerick, Cork, Galway etc) could do worse that to look at their set up. They are providing plenty of players to the English leagues and the international set up.

I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Was a Yts at Everton, had a few injuries dropped down to play for Torquay then Bournemouth signed him. Himself, Gibson and Shane Ferguson all from same academy here

Iv'e only seen him play a few times, but he is very decent!

Bournemouth are going well this season too, glad to see him on stand by instead of some mercenary.

According to sky sports there are some premiership clubs going to watch him at the weekend against liverpool. if he keeps up the performances he has been putting in for the rest of the season surely he must be called into the squad for the match against serbia.

Good point. That's the most sensible thing you've said all day.

We are hearing a host of Premier League and Championship clubs are set to cast an eye over highly-rated Bournemouth midfielderEunan O'Kane during Saturday's FA Cup clash with Liverpool. Scouts are expected to flock to Dean Court to watch O'Kane as they weigh up moves for the former Everton youngster.  O'Kane has been a standout performer for Bournemouth this season and his classy performances have not gone unnoticed higher up the football pyramid. Bournemouth are bracing themselves for bids for O'Kane from his suitors before the close of the transfer window next week.
