3 years I think Gerk. And if he didnt come to the mighty Rovers to get his football education he'd still be scratching around that craphole. Its not like Shams would have done anything for him. LOL

Eoin is a confidence player
Remember him telling me how O'Neill wouldn't even look at him walking past him in the corridor. Not a great man manager was O'Neill

Amazing what a bit of confidence can do for a player
You are right, kudos for Sligo for bringing out the best in himClap

Ps...Yis are still second bestTongue

I've saw his sister make a €20 bet on him to be the first scorer in the game against Rangers last week.
I hope she kept the faith.

Why is he leaving Hibs for Chesterfield?
It was far across the sea,
When the devil got a hold of me,
He wouldn't set me free,
So he kept me soul for ransom.

Quite easily. Hibs budget wouldn't be huge and I doubt he got a big increase from his Sligo days and was unlikely to be offered one. Hope he does well down there

Doyle and J O'Shea played in final. It was only the JPT Paul Cook wont loose any sleep over the defeat. But he has to get them out of League 2 this season. Didn't expect to see Rochdale out in front at one stage in looked like Chesterfield would win it easily.

Another 2 today, albeit penalties but that makes it 4 goals in 3 games.
