50% tax??
but sure footballers nowadays say they want..100k etc after tax..
meaning clubs are paying 200k?
government must love footballers getin more and more money then!
and yea.spain is the top league by far..has been for a few years i think..
stick a mid table prem team into that league and theyd have no chance..

barcelona - man utd     (barca)
real madrid - chelsea   (chelsea)
seville - liverpool       (seville)
athletico madrid - arsenal   (athletico)
villareal - aston villa    (villareal)
valencia - everton     (valencia)
deportivo - west ham  (deportivo)
malaga - man city   (man city)
mallorca - fulham  (mallorca)
espanyol - spurs  (spurs)

etc etc.. im not sur i got the english league in the proper order.. but stil, both leagues are different each year...
i duno its quite even.. but they have a big 6 as england only have a big 4..
thats probally the biggest difference..

Liverpool would better Seville, as Everton would have a good chance v Valencie IMO. Espanyol and Spurs is even. I'd say Fulham could do Mallorca. No basis on Madrid beating Chelsea whatsoever. And United beat Barca a couple of years back. Very even
