Are you a Manchester United fan? Surely you'd rather see the likes of Southampton and Bournemouth relegated.
Think it’s Napoli this month.

Everton, Leeds and West Ham are big clubs with a good history and two of them are local enough to Manchester. The three south coast clubs don't add much to the league.

I’m an armchair fan I couldn’t care how close they are to Manchester.

WHU maybe, but what have Everton added to the league lately - a decade or more when they've barely reached mediocrity?

And as for Leeds, after 17 seasons in the Championship/League One, I suppose a 9th placed finish in their first season back was creditable. But last season's 17th place? Or this season?

I'd say Brighton fans would have something to say about that - and quite rightly so (imo).

As for the other two, like every other club, ultimately it's what they do on the pitch which counts - just like EFC, LUFC and WHU.

Unless, of course, you're veering towards a Super League scenario, stuffed with "legacy clubs"... Shocked

Hodgson back as Palace manager until the end of the season
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Palace fans generally unhappy. Its a bit of a gamble, but it could well pay off if Hodgson can strengthen them up, and work out 12 points over ten games
