Hope it doesn't get embarrassing for Burton second half.

Looking like it could go that way, it's been too easy for them so far.

Only 9 needed. Tie still wide open. Tight pitch will suit them

Mark Ogden has tweeted that there’s a professional etiquette of not taking the piss and that City should have eased up after scoring 6

How is beating a team by as many as you can beat them taking the piss?

Now this is taking the piss.

At the end of the game Pep went up to the Burton keeper on the pitch. Pep must have said 'well done, unlucky" or something along the lines of' you played well' either way whatever he said the poor lad looked less than impressed with Peps attempt to humour him LOL

Thought I read somewhere that he is a United fan. If he is, his comments are unsurprising.

I have a sneaking suspicion that between them, Guardiola and Foden's agent seriously took the piss out of Foden when they persuaded him to sign a new 5 1/2 year contract.

Which is not to say Pep doesn't rate him, or doesn't see him as eg a potential replacement for Mahrez in a couple of years. But it is equally possible that he sees him as a mere squad player who, assuming he makes 10 EPL starts over the next two years, say, would suddenly find himself dropping back behind 'Mahrez MkII' when he arrives at the Etihad in 2021.

Could be completely wrong, of course, but no-one should ever underestimate just how ruthless Guardiola can be when it comes to such matters.
