I would say Walters played right in the absence of McGeady and Walters.

I would expect him to start up front with either Keane or maybe Hoolahan.

Long might also play too, unless he gets excused from the squad due to his ongoing injury concerns.

i hope you are right but i think you are wrong , trap will start sammon.

I don't think he will.

His 2 preferred wingers were unavailable and he felt that Brady wasn't ready.

Which meant it was a no brainer to play Walters on the right, and unfortunately play Samonn up front.

If we play 4 5 1 against England I would believe this to be the team

               Forde
Coleman O'Shea O'Dea Wilson
McGeady McCarthy Green/Whelan Pilkington
                   Hoolahan
                    Walters

Walters is ahead of Sammon in my view.  Reason Walters didn't play up front against Austria was that we didn't have first choice wingers (McGeady)

I'd be happy with that, bar O'Dea. Is St Ledger injured?

Question's no doubt been asked already, but haven't came across it myself.

Anyone know, roughly, how many fans we'll have there?

Going Green on November 14!!

i would give green the start with mccarthy in the middle ahead of whelan after their performance against sweden, i think trap may have stumbled across something by mistake/injury and might want to have another look at it.
