Having watched the recent movie, which is ok 7/10. 

Are there any Elvis fans that can recommend a good documentary on his life? Or a good book?

Not a massive fan but his 68 comeback special is excellent - even features an unplugged session long before MTV started doing them

 That was called Topaz and had names for other suits aswell .

There's a really great documentary from the 90's called 'The Three Ages of Elvis'. Well worth a watch
