Breakup are never good really, as has been said keeping yourself busy is very important and don't be hassling them, been there got knocked back!

If you have fb and they are on it I would suggest going off it for a while, done this and it was a great help, otherwise you'll find yourself wanting to know what she is up to all the time.

I wouldn't mind it was one of the busiest nights in Carlow in a while, there i was in that position with a fair few people taking pictures Embarrassed The funny thing is if it wasn't in Carlow i'd have probably locked into her for a few seconds for the laugh, i locked into two auld ones in Kilkenny must have been in their mid 50s if not older a few months back for the craic!

Break ups after a long term are tough, you never know though u might end up back together.
But if not its not the end of the world. I was dumped after 5 years by someone I thought I would be with for life. Was heart broken but then had an amazing 8 months single having the time of me life with the lads, doing plenty if shagging. Then I met me fiancée who is better in every way to me ex and bore me my daughter so it turned out it was for the best. So chin up, enjoy your freedom and remember there are plenty more fish in the sea
