I see Glenn Roeder at Newcastle being the same type of nicey nicey manager like Stan which is a world away from what he was used to at Chelsea,  Same with Keane and Jol at Spurs.  Wasnt like the good old days when he would have had Strachan doin a hair dryer on him!  I reckon thats what both of them need!

Agree with the count,I find both of them very frustrating to watch.They would really want to show a bit more passion and give the crowd some value for their CRAZY PRICED tickets next month or I reckon the fans will finally get driven way passed the level of being pissed off and Irish Football will hit a low that hasnt been seen in a long long time.Can anyone pictue a 3/4 empty statium against the Germans when we are languishing 2nd or 3rd from bottom of the table later this year.
