Not too dissimilar for people watching hours upon hours of documentaries on the Mafia.
The ongoing of different gangs, their leader and their lieutenants and their enemies is the type of juicy details people get entertained by.

Fintan, i find this post insulting to the overwhelming majority of Dublin people. We absolutely hate and abhor those individuals who heap misery and fear on our young people. We hate and abhor the destruction of family's and communities brought on by these thugs. We hate and abhor how these thugs lifestyles have negatively impacted on some vulnerable people in working class areas of the city. This has been going on for more than 30 years now and we want it to stop. So less of the hyperbole.

That lad's sister is a cleaner in our office and she's a pet. She didn't get on with him it seems but she idolised her Da and just as she prepares the anniversary of his death her brother is dead now too. She was cleaning our office when she got the call about her Da, colleague had to drive her to the scene.

My heart goes out to her. Good post Cabra

More importantly the scrote who shot him was subsequently shot.

So long as it was necessary to shoot the other lad, grand. It almost certainly was, given the circumstances.

Supposedly it's the same scrote that was shot in Ballymun two weeks ago that was shot again this morning.

Well, Paul Reynolds was just on six one and didn't name him.

However, he said the victim was 27, from the north inner city, had ten previous convictions, received a four year suspended sentence last year, that it was for robbery with an imitation firearm, that he was previously addicted to drugs and that the reason he got a suspended sentence was because of his "trojan efforts", as quoted by the judge.

The f**king goob doesn't realise that a very quick f**king google will tell you exactly who the victim is.

SuperDave, it looks like the victim was due to be released from prison in 2025. How did he manage to be shot in Clondalkin if he's supposed to be banged up for another 7 years? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?
