I slept in for my flight home last year, arrived at the airport 35mins before the flight was due to leave and made it in time. Security was grand though it probably helped being a really early flight.

Missed the cheap tickets on 00.48 from Aarhus to Copenhagen, had to bite bullet and fork out 418k to get me back in time for my flight. Swings and roundabouts, got cheap ticket other way and unspent money I took back from Poland covers it anyway

Maybe SD could advise, but am I reading this right, you can purchase a standard ticket at the cheaper price without seat reservation on any one of the trains on a specific date  and take any train on that date ?
Looking at the train 00.48 back fro Aarhus to Copenhagen 388dkk But if I was to book a later train in the day for 129dkk without seat reservation can I just rock onto the earlier train

For the lads going on the Hamburg to Aarhus train on the Sunday just checked the DB Bhan website and it's now 1 change at Frederica. Doesn't seem to be any direct trains now that Sunday.
It'll only add on another half an hour really so 5 hours instead of 4 and a bit.

I wonder is that a second train, you think you would get a notification of a change in times.

Yeah you'd think so. Just went on today to look at the price now and it was showing up. Same for the 2 Sundays before it. Looks like some sort of change on the weekends.

It'll be a second train alright. Shows the wait time as 20 minutes to assuming we'll have to switch to another.

Should be a good crowd on that day regardless.

5.12am train booked to make the SAS flight from Copenhagen > Dub the day after the game. Into Copenhagen at 8.08 and train to the airport for flight at 10.20.

On the direct flight over to Aarhus the morning of the game.
