I don't think Scotland would be an issue in the near future.  They are not selling out.  They don't play in Celtic Park now.  They would probably prefer a bigger quid pro quo away allocation unlike their previous manager.

NI would definitely be an issue as 1,800 approx away allocation max.  England would be a problem also as loads would travel.

While there are small stadiums on the continent I'm not convinved at the moment that we'll bring too many during the next year to cause major ticket issues.  The likes of Luxembourg, Gibraltar et al could be tricky though.   Iceland would also be an issue but I'd love to draw them.

Do people think there would be a bandwagon heading to Belfast. I reckon a lot of people, even now, would be nervous about going to Windsor Park. Rightly or wrongly.

England would be tricky for a casual supporter but there would be enough tickets to sort "the football family" and the regular away fans out at least.

Didn't think of Iceland, could be tricky there too.

How well the early stage of the campaign goes would have a big impact on demand too of course.

hopefully there’s loads of matches with ticket problems next year.

It’s the only time football fans wake up and give out about the poison that is John Delaney. And if it coincides with a shocking run of results we may see some questions asked by the 90 year olds.

Tickets and drink appease the masses

It would be churlish not to admit some improvement though Denmark playoff shows there is still a long way to go on a fair and transparent away scheme .

Between the Football family and the some supporters are more equal than others were are not there yet

And that is no reflection on the ticket office who can only distribute unallocated tickets

I know I would be.  I remember my dad taking me to a NI game there v Spain during the WC94 qualifiers (a fella he knew had a couple of spare tickets).  We just felt so out of place surrounded by union flags and by people wearing Rangers and Linfield clothing that we just kept a low profile throughout the game and didn't really feel relaxed till we were in the car and on the M1 back home, at which stage my dad admitted he was wary of even saying my name out loud in case the 'wrong people' heard him.  We both made up our minds coming out of WP 'never again'.

I know things have improved since then and people I work with who go to NI games also say it's nothing like those days. I wouldn't expect the atmosphere to be anywhere near as poisonous as that night that we played them at the end of that campaign...but still...I'd be wary of going there myself.

Reducing the Football Family allocation and increasing Fans Direct would be a start. It's something like 40% for FF, isn't it?  No way it needs to be that high, surely.

The north would be our only issue with tickets, tbf our hardcore away support is less than 1500 look at this years games in Antalya, Paris, Cardiff and Wroclaw.
time is the stuff that life is made of, don't waste it.

I'm still mad to go purely because it will be my first game in a year. I remember back to the game in Cardiff when Don Givens was in charge : Nothing to play for but we still managed to make a good day out of it. I suppose the only difference was then that we knew a new manager was on the way so there was a bit of hope.

From the usual people that wouldn't go to a home game even if offered a free ticket but yet feel the need to comment on everything to do with the national team

Aye I know but the fact no casual fans have looked at it and thought they'd give it a go, since it was so cheap says a lot, I can't remember another game like that recently.

Even Moldova and Tbilisi last time out had lads who don't usually go making a trip of it.
