What do you think is Randolph's long term trajectory?

For a keeper of 23 to be holding his position in the SPL is decent surely? Has been Motherwell's number 1 this season.

Do you think he has potential to move up a level?

Seen him play for the U21s a few years ago. He was poor.

Has been in good form this season. Motherwell fans seem to love him (been reading their forums). Has kept 15 clean sheets this season.

some harsh comments there lads. He is still young for a goalie, which is a position above all where confidence is crucial. I wasn't madly impressed with him from what I saw at Charlton, but sounds like he is doing very well in SPL, so wouldn't write him off yet.

He had a terrific game recently when Well beat Celtic, Team Trap should defo have a proper look at him and he's still only a young fella.   You can't argue with 15 clean sheets either this season, that's excellent consistency.

Couldn't hold down a place in the 3rd tier of English football, so he moved to the SPL. Says it all really about the standard in Scotland.

He was a very young keeper when he played in the "3rd tier of English football".  He's clearly an improving player.

Seen this lad play live a few times including the odd 21's game and being honest, he's never convinced me. he's prone to the odd howler. Hopefully he has improved since I seen last but as I said in another thread, lets pray Westwood stays injury free.
