It's just not cricket.

Unsolved crimes that may have been committed by Craig The Snake:

1. JFK's assasination.  Was it really Lee Harvey Oswald? I think not.
2. The OJ Simpson framing.  Word is Shakespeare was seen in LA on that fateful day in 1994.
3. Alexander Litvenenko.  Shakespeare goes by various aliases. One of them is the 'Polonium Prince'.

At H-T with Spurs 2-0 up and comfortable attacking a makeshift Leicester back four, I thought it would finish 3-0 or 4-0, as they eased off towards the end of a long season etc.

But whatever Shakespeare said or did in the interval, Leicester were transformed, and were making a real game of it until HK scored again after the hour (to make it 3-1).

Of course thereafter, it was only a question of how many Spurs would score but tbh, the way they finished the game, they'd have blown away any team.

How Leicester react at home to Bournemouth on Sunday will tell us more.

If they produce a big performance, then his leadership will be further vindicated.

But if they don't, then it will be legitimate to question it, since his players know that his future as manager will be decided during the summer.

Like I said the likes of Shakespeare and the spoofer Clement have these honeymoon periods which most new managers experience. Its a fresh start and everyone has a place to play for. There are no bad apples in the dressing room during this time as everyone seeks to stake a place int he team and its a level playing field.  Once a settled team is chosen the grumbling behind the scenes of those not getting picked starts and starts to fester. When results are good the apple cart is still on its legs but when a few bad results happen, the dissenting voices start to eat into the morale of the team as tactics, selections, preparations, are all questioned. Relationships may become strained between certain people.  How long this process takes is like asking how long is a piece of string but certainly 1-2 yrs is the longest it goes on before it falls apart if the manager isn't good enough.   Clement is a glorified Del Boy chancer who built a reputation on his association with good managers. He has done sweet FA himself.  Shakespeare piggy backed on Ranieiri's success. He's done sweet FA himself.  It's only a matter of time before these lads are on the scrapheap of failed managers.

The dirty rotter can jolly forget about his invitation to the regimental reunion from now on and I shall be writing a strongly worded letter to the secretary of the polo club regarding his membership.

Quite simply, this Shakespeare fellow is simply not a gentleman.

If you drew up a League Table from when Clement took over, Swansea would be 8th... Wink

He has achieved nothing except pulling the wool over peoples eyes. Clement is a second hand car salesman. A snake oil salesman. A con man.
