As one Arsenal supporter on the gunners forum said "he was fabregas in disguise". Great touches, passing and wipped in 3 excellant crosses during the game. He looks naturally gifted in that team and I hope he gets more exposure with the first team.
Wenger was saying that he would have been more involved with the first team before tonight if it was not for injuries. A great prospect for the future.

Arsene Wenger on Conor Henderson’s debut…
If you look at all the English players that come out now, it’s amazing. He has done well, and shown that he is technically at the level that we request here. He has a nice, smooth left foot and good build. He would have been involved a long time ago but he was injured. |
||||
The sequence now is, should he miss this, and Ireland's next penalty is scored, then the match and the progress are Ireland's....Timofte against Bonner.. |

Liking the sound of this chap - what position does he play exactly? Left or central midfield?
We've so many promising midfielders coming through now - happy days!

That article would of been taken from the Guardian anyway. |

Maybe part of the Guardian service is that the articles have to be printed verbatim? |

With Euro 2016 reverting to the top 3 qualifying, we'll be going along to most tournaments, so with all this young talent coming through we just need to make the breakthrough with Qualifying for World Cups

Good to see him make the initial breakthrough & Wenger seems to rate him.
He played for us at u15 level back in 2007 and then played for England u17's before returning to us.
