Anyone interested in doing one of these? I know it's not for another month and a bit but just looking for numbers now. Basically would work as follows:

€5 or €10 entry fee.
Pick 3 horses each day of the festival and get points if they win or place. Most points by the end of the festival wins the money

Example= your horse wins at 5/1 you will get 5 points. Horse places at 8/1 you will get 2 points (1/4 odds)

You don't have to know anything about horses to enter so open to all. If enough people interested I'll organise it

I would do thisThumbs%20Up

Cheltenham busters and myself go together like Ant and Dec. I've won the buster in the pub for the last 2 years and as well as that i've finished the last 3 festivals with a profit!

people always get carried away with Irish horses, not saying it wont win,it could very well do,but i wouldnt back it
has it ever won around Cheltenham?
Binocular was very impressive when he won a few weeks ago
tho he seems a bit quirky+unreliable
i think good solid course form is vital in these big races

Its not getting carried away with an Irish horse, I have fancied his  chances for a long time. He regularly destroys Solwhit who finished 6th last year on ground he hates! People at the moment are getting carried away with novices, Peddlers, Menorah, Dunguib etc... who have not really beaten too much.

for me thats part of the problem, regularly beating Solwit, who seems to be a bit ofa spent force
hasnt beaten a whole lot else recently, but i still think its the biggest danger to Binocular
personally i think Binocular will win!

Dont think he is. Just found to have a cough after a gallop today that rules him out if running this weekend. Should be fine within a week or 2.

As for this competition count me in
