I can also let yous know the man himself phil Taylor signed a shirt for us at the weekend as well and we in advanced stage in our search for an ex player which we hope to provisionally confirm soon

Giving this a BUMP as we are finally able to announce this

We have been in contact with a number of different people over the past few months about arranging for an ex irish player to attend our event. It took a long time to get in contact with the right people (who weren't going to charge us a fortune to arrange a player) but eventually we managed it

And so today I'm able to announce that PACKIE BONNAR will attend our event in October (subject to change). As a donegal man myself I'm over the moon with this and packie has been great help to us in making this happen

Packie some man, may buy a few tickets off you anyway to do this online?

Sorry didn't reply to your last post on the cycle DM. There is a presentation night tonight for it so should find out the total then

For our own event the fundraising is going very well. Have had a lot of people who have taken cards from us cone back and ask for more as they have them 1s full. Also have had a few businesses take the wristbands from us to sell and reports from them is very good. The online raffle ticket sales have slowed down a little but we will be giving them a push in next few weeks again. All in all we are on track to reach and break our target which is never a bad complaint

Just to let you know DM a total of €4786 was raised from the cycle which was split between 2 charities meaning both received €2393. Great work done by everyone who organised it

Also that cheque will be lodged tomorrow just incase you worrying
