TV guys are happy.

I wonder if they can split the TV package up? SKY buy the early slot and BT the later one....

More automatic qualifiers too.
26 next year as opposed to 22 this season.

I presume that's so they can have two games for tv viewing.

Is this just for the group games? Don't like those early kick offs

It’s the same as the EL this season.

They have the 6pm games during the knock outs but they also play all their games on the same night.

Anyone got the answer?

Looks like just for the group stage Bob

Changing the viewing routine

UEFA also confirmed a change to the kick-off times of matches in the group stage from 2018, with two games starting at 7pm Central European Time and six at 9pm, compared to all matches starting at 8:45pm CET in the current format.

Tonight
Liverpool v Porto (5-0)
PSG v Real Madrid (1-3)

Liverpool can rest a few players and will still progress. Might be worth a small bet both teams scoring and Porto winning.

PSG need to score early but I reckon Real will score again and progress

Tomorrow
Man City v Basil (4-0)
City will rest a few players and still win comfortably. Basil are terrible.

Spurs v Juve (2-2)
Spurs to win 2-1 in a close match

I fancy PSG to win but to be knocked out. Hope they have a lead to nil at HT. Would make an interesting second half.

No idea what kind of team Liverpool will put out but you'd expect them to win.

Two and six is a bit random.

You'd assume that nations with four teams (Italy, Spain, England and Germany) would have tv schedules set so each match can be watched live separately. That can't always apply if they only have two games in the early slot.

I can see it been 2-1 to Paris and having all the ball only for Mr Champions League to score the eaqualiser

Kloop saying he'll put out a full team. I'd say he'd been under pressure from Salah and Firmino as they are scoring so much that they'd want to get as much game time as possible
