When the devil got a hold of me,
He wouldn't set me free,
So he kept me soul for ransom.

Jerry Kiernan will be a big, big loss

Loved his blunt Kerry wild man style, brilliant pundit

He reminded me of Con Houlihan in a strange sort of way, rugby's Mick Doyle as well

I was stunned when I heard the news...an outstanding athlete and by far the best sports pundit on RTE. He fought strongly for his beloved athletics in this country that it should receive more funding and exposure.

True I suppose. But then again, hard to say what you'd chose until you get into that situation. Which hopefully is a long while away for us all.
