Not sure what the craic is with their Irish pubs?

Don't think they'll sell much with this "Dry January" malarkey
They sold a load in the Norh Star hotel near Connolly station on Wednesday just gone.

Long time Bulmers only drinker.
In Gran Canaria last Christmas, no Bulmers/Magners in the local supermercado!
Asked Juan stacking the shelves...."cider....cidre?"
He kindly directed me to Koppaberg, never heard of it, bought a few, loved it.
Magners in Gran Canaria €2.20 a can in supermercado, Koppaberg only €1.60 a can....boom....tastes good, and cheaper.....everyone's a winner!
Came home to Eire and straight to off license to find Koppaberg dearer here than Bulmers.
Ohh ye cruel gods.
Have seen a few offers where it is good value in a 4/6 multipack in the meantime though.

**may have spelt Koppaberg wrong**

Haven't been in a Weatherspoons in a long time.
Think it was Thatcher's cider I had there the last time, wasn't bad.
Did a day trip to Wales about 20 yrs ago, bought a flagon of Farmer's Tipple, we soon renamed it Farmer's Dribble....awful stuff.

They have a new cider out called Outcider. I got 6 cans of it for free off the job. Very sweet tasting, I wouldn't buy it. I'm not a fan of cider anyway, very rarely drink it but I'd have the odd pint of Orchard Thieves which I surprisingly like.
