Very disappointing after all these years. No room to grow it either. Assume they'll still need tallaght for latter European games?

Its like every other stadium proposed in Ireland. Half a job. might be built in 25 years time if your lucky.

Ireland, the specialists in proposed stadium plans

It may look underwhelming but its fit for purpose. 8000 which is bigger then  the 6k proposed with the shels shared plan

Id just rather see something built( as much as Ill miss the Jodi) than be stuck in limbo stadium plans. We are 20 years behind tallaght stadium. as is.

Dalymount was meant to be demolished in 2017. Its 6 years later and We only started this year.

Just think pick this plan and go for it, We dont have time to go for another round and proposed stadium plans

The 2 terraces would not be able to be used for European games which really defeats the purpose. Should be no more terraces now only those seated standing areas.

Was it ever considered to just re build the Connaught St Stand to a full covered stand?

All these grand plans get watered down when it comes to the crunch so no surprise this latest plan of a few plans  follows a similar path .

Lets get more people into Dalymount first before We plan for Europe. Not the other way around. Europe days are more than likely to be 1 to 3 games max per season if at all. Home games are 18 +

Common for LOi clubs to move to other grounds even the Aviva for big days.

More members in Dalymount = bigger players budget

I would have expected it to meet the basic criteria  to hold euro matches   seeing as             we are        almost starting  afresh  let's get it up to standard then we have it .

No. European games are what LOI clubs really strive for. No money in winning the league. You should be planning to host European games. Basic stuff.

Ill be honest I dont know to what standard of acceptance the "picture " of the ground is up to in terms of europe. But I would imagine its been a consideration. However any further delays will set us back even further and as I said, We are currently over 20 years behind rovers. We cant keep on going back to square 1, nothing gets done. We will be 40 years behind them at this rate. Bite the bullet, get it built. And deal with europe when it arises. I am sure it has been considered.

Respectable.

Might be a bit easier to get a ticket now!

Clarke unreal tonight..getting better every week. Mullins makes a big difference in midfield. Thought we responded really well to their equaliser.

James Clarke Clap and great chant for him too.
On to the semis
Hate the away end in Drogheda but the staff & guards are always very friendly.

Fairly strong side out in the LSC final tonight against Usher Celtic.
Dennison getting his first competitive start and good to see Dean Williams back fit.
