Get Javier on the phone ASAP. He can get this moved to Pairc Ui Chaoimh. Afterall Murphy is a district of Buenos Aires.  Che Guevara Lynch also played for The Rebels
Pied Piper to: Baldrick, Brendan 88, 9Fingers, Borussia and more...

Eh....we would not have had a problem if our match with the Nordies in 1993 was played in Anfield as was mooted.

Yeah the Argies and the Spanish get on grand. Spain colonized Argentina in the 16th century and by the time they were finished as rulers in 1816, they had wiped out the indigenous population. So, the new Argentina is almost entirely comprised of emigrants and while the general population identify with their genetic roots (Italian, Spanish, Irish, German, Welsh), they don't seem to maintain any real animosity towards the former colonizer.

It's a very different ball game to our history with the Brits. On that subject, the Argies absolutely hate them for obvious reasons.

True, Argentinians often have an uncomfortable relationship with the rest of South America for this reason. They are often viewed as arrogant and racist.
