Over here they are a fashion statement if you want to say I've no fashion sence at all. In the schools they are banned and there is one teacher, a huge Polish guy, who walks past any kid wearing one, snatches it off their head and throws it in the garbage. If the kid is foolish enough to try and get it then he is sent to the Principles office. I like Mr. Soloboski!
