Have other mates who also stayed there and recommend it. Don’t stay on Koh San itself as it’s a mental spot 24/7. Better off just staying off it.

Careful over the there……one can easily lose the run of themselves on their debut night!

Stayed in prince palace hotel it's about 5 mins in tuc tuc from the ko San, d and d is fine but I wouldn't go there with a bird it's a bit too mental the prince palace was massive and cheap enough,
But fumble in a greasy till

And add the halfpence to the pence

And pray to shivering prayer, until

You have dried the marrow from the bone.

I'm 2 nights in bangkok, 3 in chiang mai, 3 in Cambodia, Siem Reap, 8 nights in New Zealand than another week in thailand on the way back where I'll be heading to Phuket and Phi Phi.

Have pretty much everything sorted other than Bangkok. I've heard a lot of people say Koh San Road is a good distance from everything else and hard to get around because none of the transport links are near there?

Appreciate all the answers lads.

Taxi's are dirt cheap so wouldnt worry about distance, although we were there for the session on the koh shan road so was different for us, although i remember getting to the temple pretty easy

Siem Reap is probably my favourite place I have ever been to, do the water town on stilts if they still offer that tourThumbs Up
