Away portal issues

hi, I have been trying to register on the away portal for about a year now. Once I complete the form , I get a message that my login details will be sent to my email, but I never receive them. It appears the online form on fai website doesn't work. I have tried calling and emailing the fai but it is nothing but radio silence from them. I end up having to buy tickets in the home end on away trips which does not help build up my record. Anyone else had the same issues or know anyone that can help

Have the same problem. FAI don’t seem bothered to reply to E-Mails or answer phones. Have also tried countless times to create the account and never get the E-mail.

The password reset on the away portal does not seem to work at all. Has anyone had the same issue and how was it fixed?

I'd similar issues last year before the Luxembourg game. I mailed the TO and Amy sorted it in a few minutes, they emailed me a new password.
