Must say I thought, all things considered, that there was quite a good atmosphere tonight. Lovely weather helped. Absolutely blown away by the attendance to be honest.

The drum in the upper south (514?) really added and he was good, perfect pace for getting good chants going! Sometimes think the drum in 114 goes way too quick and hard for chants to catch on

They finally did it man... They killed my f**kin' car...

I wasn't at the game, but Darragh Maloney sounded bored on commentary.

He was fixated on a Mexican wave at one point.

You must be new here LOL

The bell has been around since my first home game in 1997, I suspect it’s been there since a good bit before then too?

Just is some headbanger that rings a bell every so often when there’s a lull in the game and everyone says yerrrrrrrr.
Here we go again, we're on the road again

Atmosphere was better than I expected but any game with a Mexican wave is a sign of how bad the game is.

Yeah the attendances have been really solid last few years. Lot of bigger countries like Belgium, Croatia, Portugal, Wales, Austria with similar footballing heritage aren't getting anywhere near our attendances. Even the Dutch only got 35k at home v Gibraltar.

We'll be op 5 average home attendance by the end of qualifying I reckon.

It annoyed me in Aarhus where he purposely tried to drown out any anti-JD songs.

Yes we have a well supported national team that’s for sure but or domestic league is poorly supported and that’s the trade off.

LOI attendances are on the rise across the country. Especially Premier clubs. 20% or more increase from last year.

My first game was 1990 and he was there ringing the bell. He's been there ever since, in just about the same spot as he was on the old South Terrace.

Just cause they are on the increase doesn’t mean they are well supported!!
