Bol broke the 400m indoor world record - she's an incredible athlete.
Excuse my ignorance but what type of level is she do ya reckon? Olympic finalist level?

It's the 400.

She'll still be running some 200's.

She's at medal level.

She was already a world finalist. She has raced less this year and has kicked on with some much faster times.

Femke Bol's number 1 and she's a hurdler so most likely will not run the 400m flat.

Her time of 49.26 is a world record.

Going under 50 seconds would have been a target for her this year. She's achieved it in her first outdoor race. She could easily be running 49.5s by mid summer. She looks a certain world championship finalist and a medal contender.

That's a cracking run. That time would have been 4th in 2020 Olympics Final

Smashes the 400m record again. I can see her running below 49s  - maybe not this year.

She's just knocking chunks off the national record every time she runs at this point. Thought she might go sub 49.5 at some point this year, but it looks inevitable now. Surely she can't go sub 49 this year?

Looks like it will be some battle between her and Britton Wilson, as well as Femke Bol if she runs flat races, for the next few years. She's a couple of years younger than both of them though.

Femke Bol and McLaughlin are both on another level - however both are hurdlers!

She's not facing as much as she was last year. She run a massive amount of races last year. Hopefully she's a little fresher going into the Worlds

I do think she will medal.

Sophie O'Sullivan making good progress. She doesn't appear to be taking the sport serious at all and she comes across as very immature. She could be a later developer and could come out a decent athlete. It's in her DNA anyway.

Rhasidat plus 3 of Becker, Mawdsley, Healy, Manning, should make the 4*4 relay final as well

There is a mixed relay too.

The schedule is kind to the sprinters because Rhasidat can run her races and then get 3 days rest before the 4x400 heats.

Don't know too much about the sport as such but watching her win there the best compliment would be that she would remind you of Bolt the way she powers her legs to the finish there. Mad to think we have an Irish sprinter up there that is that good and looking like she will be one of the elite sprinters in the world
