Now confirmed.

Another excellent appointment. A European Cup winning manager, who also has a promotion under his belt with West Brom. Under new ownership, and no doubt on the cusp of a clean out of the less useful members of the squad.

With the season hardly over I think both Villa and Newcastle have set down serious markers with managerial appointments.

And after reading a lot of news I think Roberto Di Matteo will be a good manager than Moyes, I mean Moyes I think should join other club.

Holy f**k Villa are an unreal bad run.Tonight's defeat is 8 from last 10 games with 2 draws. One was the cup v Spurs.

I thought Bruce would give them a big boost but things have fallen apart since a decent start with him.

It's bizarre, especially given the investment in the winter window where it looked like they had done some excellent business.

Into the final Clap

Nice to see it's on a Saturday evening rather than a Monday at 3pm.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Just reading about Villa and their FFP regulations, which is likely to impact their current strength. This has the potential to impact Scott Hogan, Conor Hourihane, and Glenn Whelan, with Jack Grealish expected to be the subject of successful bids.

I personally think it would be a shame if Villa went the way of Leeds United.
