Yeah this will galvanize the fans and they'll get behind Wenger and the team again I'd imagine. Can see them finishing the season strongly now. Think it was 100% the right call to announce it now instead of waiting until the end of the season |

100% agree. The last few years have shown he was never going to make this decision himself. Löw should go for this and get out of his comfort zone. He's managing Germany so long lots of people can't remember anyone else managing them.

Sky sold Sky Bet off. They license the name but that’s the only income they get from it.

Will Wenger have some sort of say on his replacement as Fergie did with his own?
If so I'd rule out Benitez

Mourinho: When I called Wenger a specialist in failure and heaped scorn and ridicule upon him, what I really meant was that I respected him as a fellow managerial great.

The Chosen One was actually about 4th choice after Klopp/Gaurdiola/Ancellotti and possibly another manager

I just don't see the point in it. I didn't see the point in Fergie doing it and I don't see the point in Wenger doing it. When you leave a job after that length of time its better off just having a clean break from the club, not going upstairs or picking your replacement or still having an involvement.
Given Wenger's recruitment process in recent years, the chances of him making a successful choice are diminishing also.

A month ago Rummenigge at FC Bayern stated that Tuchel was out of the running for the job at FC Bayern as Tuchel had already agreed to join a club abroad.

Should build a statue to the man outside the EPL offices for changing the game.

One of the following:
Ancelotti Rafa Rodgers Dyche Tuchel is going to PSG and Loew won't leave Germany. The board aren't bold enough to appoint Bould. |

Benny Rodgers makes a lot if sense -
Experience in the EPL, plays good football, European experience Arsenal would pay more than Celtic and his budget would be huge. He should capitalises while his stock is high. I see Micky Arteta has also been linked. Probably too soon for him.
