Already been on the bench for the Celtic first team earlier this season. 

Dublin born and bred and a product of St Kevin's, but currently playing underage (u17) for England.  He has no links to England beyond residency (arising out of moving over to Arsenal's academy when he was 12).  His Dad's from Nigeria and a well-known social campaigner in Dublin.  

His Dad says he is essentially currently playing with England as they asked first, but is still open to Ireland ("he is still playing with the two").  Here's a good article relating to his background and eligibility:

A serious prospect - would be deeply disappointing to lose him.  Hopefully see him in Kenny's Toulon squad at the very least, if not the senior squad for the Gibraltar game in a developmental capacity.  He should at least be contacted at U21 and senior level - must be a good chance of him playing for us.
