Excellent, hopefully he cements that spot. He will have to in order to keep his place in the U21 XI with Lawal, Negru, Roughan all starting regularly at L1 level and Abankwah likely to join them now he's gone to Charlton. Grehan made the bench for Palace in the Carabao midweek and Alex Murphy is getting rave reviews at Newcastle also. Seems like our pipeline of CBs shows no sign of stopping.

I'm definitely interested in his progress and also Murphy and Roughan because I think we can do with left footed CBs, we are very one footed in that department right now.

Tbh I forgot Cashin was left footed! Good point. Hopefully he gets out of Derby soon an playing at a higher level. I imagine Brighton would loan him somewhere initially if they go for him again in January.

Plays the full game in a 2-1 away win, got a yellow card, but was keeping a clean sheet until the 96th minute. PEC then went up the other end and scored the winner in the 97th.
