Just been on the local radio that he is to appear in court on an assault charge this morning.
He is also up at court next week in a separate case charged with glassing a guy in a club.

After an hour-long hearing he was bailed to live with Newcastle Carroll has denied the offence, claiming self-defence, the court heard. The case has been adjourned until 10th January |
