Eire always play into the Havelock Sq end (now Senator Windows Stand) 1st half.  Why and how do we get away with it seeing as there is a toss?

Croatia - 1998. Irwin and Keane scored into the South end in the first half.

I’d imagine even if we lose the toss that the away team would pick to play into their own fans for the second half too.

Ireland seem to usually warm up in the North Stand half and our opponents on South stand. It could be a case that whichever team wins toss just plays the way the teams are already facing.
