He was still playing for Cardiff Blues when he came out, then he went on rugby league before retiring due to injury. You may think he is exploiting it but he's not, he wasn't paid for the ad . Guinness came to him with the idea of it, he said yes they asked how much he said getting across the message that it is ok to gay and having the strength to do it in such a macho sport was good enough for him. |
