Basically you can do in an oven you can do in an air fryer.  It does salmon really well.  Roasted veg etc.  it doesn’t just have to be  food you would have done in the deep fat fryer before.

Are eggs ever done in an oven? If you cracked an egg into it, it will escape as the tray inside is porous but I have heard of people putting a cracked egg into a little tin and cooking them.

You need an oven proof ramekin.

An air fryer is just an oven lads that cooks using hot air using
Similar technology to a Dyson I believe.  It’s quicker and cheaper to use.

Most pizzas won’t fit into it but it does a slice very well and it reheats them brilliantly too.

The air fryer is far more environmentally friendly than your standard oven.  There is a huge amount of wasted energy in heating an oven.

A lot of husbands who bought George Foremans for the family house are now getting a grilling from their wives.

I love the george foreman, it doesn't do the fry up as well as the grill or the pan but just lash everything on it and its dead handy for cleaning. Would definitely recommend the one with the removeable grills.

Simon Weston has copied George Foreman and brought out his own grill- it's so good he put his face on it!
