How do people think this will work out.

Will NL Games be Moved and playoffs be in November.

Will semi final of playoff be in October and final in November.

I know it’s conjecture but be interesting to hear opinions.

Most of the Nations League will happen first imo. If UEFA are looking for a big reboot then they'll want all the big hitters involved rather than just the 8 teams in the play offs. So no chance play off will be Sept. There's six NL games scheduled so there's potential to play all those and get the play offs done. Would expect the semi to be played by November at least. Final in March could work as well.

Would that really be feasible from a fatigue perspective? Can't see my liver lasting through those first 3 games.

the number of allocated weekends stays at three indeed most of the top clubs will be unaffected by Nov playoffs so only really two

And the club season will already be playing catch up. The number of allocated weekends will, most likely, have to be reduced.

It effectively has been reduced to 2 - how many of the top clubs are affected by the play offs  ?

I'm only guessing but think it will be as follows.

It can't happen like you say.  The Friday date would impact club games.

My own belief is that we could lose the September date if club football gets delayed too long.

If we do get the 3 windows then I think it is more likely we will have 7 or 8 games depending on the playoff semi final result.  I also believe the order of fixtures will be maintained.

The current windows are Thur-Tue.  We could play on the Wed beforehand no problem losing a day's prep.  It may be extended also to the following Wednesday thus allowing 6 nights of TV.

So something like

Bulgaria A  Wed 2/9 or Thur 3/9
Finland H  Sat 5/9 or Sun 6/9
Wales H  Tue 8/9 or Wed 9/9

Finland A  Wed 7/10  or Thur 8/10
Wales A Sat 10/10 or Sun 11/10
Bulgaria H  Tue 13/10 or Wed 14/10

Slovakia A Thur 12/11
Bosnia or Northern Ireland Away  Tue 17/11  (NI away 27 years to the day of THAT night).

There is still a good chance none of us will be attending some or possibly all of these games.  There may still be restrictions on large gatherings in stadiums.  There may even be travel restrictions.

where are the FAI getting 9 games from?
6 NL
Semi and possible final.
They wouldn’t be adding any friendlies to the mix.
The season ticket will be all over the shop.

Leave September as is, play off semis Wednesday October 7th, anyone involved plays their NL games the following Saturday and Tuesday. Play off finals Wednesday November 11th, anyone involved plays their NL games the following Saturday and Tuesday. Not ideal but it doesn't matter if clubs are unhappy, the games have to be played.

Could there still be the possibility that these games would be played behind closed doors ?
Just because it's tradition does not make it right

Its possible but you'd hope by September there would be some sort of international travel and events back on.

Owens said 9 games yesterday, he didn't pluck the figure out of the sky so it's clearly been discussed on UEFA call last week.

For clubs games there is a chance social distancing will have to be enforced which means reduced capacity. International travel will go ahead but what country is going to want around 3000 fans coming for a football match. I wouldn't be surprised if no away fans are allowed to international matches
