INSIDE BLUES NEWS ON SATURDAY.....

Burnley%20Prog%20coverRecent signing Keith Fahey is the main feature interview is this weekend's new-look Blues News matchday programme for the Burnley game.

It seemed only right that we should put the spotlight on the Irish midfielder considering that 60 fans from his last club St. Patrick's Athletic are making the effort to come over and support their former favourite.

Keith explains: "We had a player-of-the-year do at the club last year and some of the fans told me that they were going to come over for one of the Birmingham games - but I didn't think there would be 60 of them!

"It's great that they are still following my career and supporting me over here in Birmingham. I'm sure they'll have a good weekend, as well as taking in the game!"

Keith goes on to talk about how he has settled in at St. Andrew's and how he is finding the step up from the League of Ireland to the Championship, as well as his thoughts on the promotion race.

Also good strategy Soccerc, if things go belly up, the only club he would want to come back to is Pats or if things go well he may wanna retire with pats. You sneaky so and so Wink

Some have been on tenterhooks since the live footy here ended last November - the withdrawal symptoms for us junkies are very severe

So for a tenner return on HM's favourite airline it offers the chance of:

1. Going on an aeroplane, possibly a first time adventure for some
2. Going to a pub with cheap drink early on a Saturday morning
3. Going to see a live footy game
4. A chyance to see Fats in action
5. Back to the pu7b for more cheap drink post game
6. being stuck in Birmingham Aiport when Del boys favourite airline cancel the return flight
7 More cheap drink

What a sh*te game of hoofball - Most LSL Senior sides would give both Birmingham and Burnley a run for their money, possibly -it was dreadful fare
