Greed has won, big finance has won. Whatever small role elite clubs still play in the local communities from which they grew is dwarfed now by their position as global brands.

Conan Byrne leaving due to work commitments

Very solid base for Kenny to work off. Is Fagan out of contract?

Yeah he is, been injured the whole year, interesting to see what happens with him I'd like to keep him if he wants to play

Derry City out of contract:

Jamie McDonagh
Gavin Peers
Kevin McHattie
Dan Seaborne
Aaron McEneff(Rovers looking him)
Nicky Low(confirmed he is leaving)
Rory Hale(Close to move to Crusaders)
Ben Fisk
Darren Cole
Ally Roy
Aaron Splaine
Ronan Hale(Loan expired)

Possible departure Gerard Doherty who has fallen out with Kenny Shiels. Though Shiels could well be sacked at the weekend. Rumour is he will be.

Waterford press release, only seen him a few times but Bohs fan in work was surprised, saying he didn't think he was at that level. Others may disagree.

Ryan Brennan gone to Shels
Peter Cherrie and a few others gone to Derry.

Shels will be heavy favourites to top the 1st I'd imagine.

Sadlier gone to Doncaster.

Thought the stick he got from cork fans last season was absolutely ridiculous. By far their best player and one of the leagues best for me.

People didn't like him because he wouldn't pass the ball.
