Lukaku scored 29 goals this season and is only 27 (remarkably), I'm not sure that should be classified as 5 years past his prime. Sanchez hasn't done too badly either.

Either way it's a side who finished only 1 pt behind Juve.

Even more remarkably it's a finish which could see Conte sacked if they finish the season trophyless, the hierarchy appear to be unhappy with nothing to show for the amount of money they've spent.

The Emptyhad should have one of its best atmospheres of the season in two nights' time

I think all stadiums should be renamed to reflect the lack of spectators

Banfield
Cold Trafford
Chillsborough
Quiet Hart Lane

Sky Sports lunchtime games next season to be rebranded as "High No One"

etc. etc.

Wolves are a good solid team but I find them awful dull to watch.

They're effective and a tough nut to crack but I don't like watching them.

Hope Sevilla win. United always struggle against Wolves.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

Wolves were poor tonight. If they scored the Peno it may have changed the game but Sevilla deserves to win.

Hopefully the 1/2 final matches are better.

Tough to call a winner.

Wolves were shockingly negative. It was the right result from a footballing perspective.

Four strongest teams all went through. Good to see.

They've had a hell of a long season Wolves, haven't that big a squad, and have come a long way in the past few years, they've done brilliantly don't get me wrong, but they're just not there yet in terms of making a breakthrough

Raul Jimenez played 55 games and scored 27 goals. Some stamina, and a very, very good return. Money very well spent.

Have British teams ever not had an excuse for getting knocked out of Europe?

Imagine putting in a performance like that and blaming the referee. "Changed the game". Wolves made the 2008 Rangers side look like Barcelona with that performance. Only one team tried to play football from start to finish. If Wolves were that negative when it was 0-0, can you imagine how cynical they would be if they had a lead to protect?

Just admit the better team went through one flipping time. It's no shame getting knocked out to the competition's specialists.

Man Utd should be going for the second goal more they are well capable of winning this.
Marcus Rushford should have scored just on half time.
Enjoyable first half though.
Double Maxim without doubt the greatest drink in the world

I know it won’t happen due to tv money and the likes, but this should be the format going forward 1 off games in all cup competitions, so much better to watch, fook the 2 legged chess game sh*t that’s been  served up for far too long
Just because it's tradition does not make it right

Wonder what the viewing figures are like. I know CL you'd probably get solid viewers to watch both legs, but I've definetly watched more Europa League since the restart that I would have otherwise
