Barney vs VDV will be a cracker I'd say.

Must say not a fan of corporate comedy. People given jobs to try to be funny and cutting edge to help with the marketing of the company and in turn increase the share value. The opposite of what comedy should be about.
That's true and it always feels like that there is no such thing as bad publicity, even with something as crass as this. The brand is being referred to and they can 'put it right' with a donation to the relevant charity and it all ends well.
Also, if it was some comedian doing it of his own accord you would be quicker to give them the benefit of the doubt for that reason.

Massive credit to Justin Pipe last night and in general. I never thought I would see a bigger prick in darts than Phil Taylor, but he is a different class of prick altogether. He also throws like he is trying to fly from a standing start.

Price throwing serious darts now. Broke Mvgs throw three times in a row there. (Should have been 4 in a row)

Three darts at double 20 with all the momentum behind him, you don't get a better chance than that to beat MVG. Can't see MVG losing it from here.

Lewis was excellent, hard to know if he can keep up that form, if he can, he could easily go to the final. Price missing the 3 darts for double top & the 5th set turned that game, MVG was looking rattled at that point. Wouldn't be as certain of MVG winning, Barney normally has one good game in him somewhere, and I think Cross has the ability to rattle him too.

Had a hefty wedge on Jamie Lewis most 180s here after his performance last night. Doesn't look like a fella capable of throwing any tonight

Both MVG and Barney look off the pace tonight. Strange start. Potential to be a classic night of darts. Two huge games.

Great first game in the ned. Lots of breaks, Barney could have taken him there, but it was definitely a MVG that was far below his usual standard.

Can't believe how bad Gary Anderson was tonight. Pure muck at times. Literally served the game up to Taylor on a plate.

Nah, I think he will retire, then come back at least twice, much like nearly every boxer who ''retires'' these days. Sky will then hype the sh*te out of it- The Power- The Comeback and all other sorts of rubbish.

Sure what the fcuk else is he going to do, he has stated something about travelling the world, but firstly, that is more or less what he does anyway, to an extent at least, and without knowing the fella personally, he doesn't seem the type to spend 3 hours gazing at the roof of the Sistine Chapel or 2 days climbing Kilimanjaro. He wouldn't work as a pundit because half of darts viewers already hate him, and after doing a tournament or too, the other half would hate him as well.
