At the time, all of the above were regulars in the U-21 international squad too, even though sometimes Morgan, could not even make the Pat's midfield.

I don't think any LOI clubs were ever that well represented at international level in modern times.

Our wingers haven't been effective at all. Mc Cabe, Dennehy and Paddy Kavanagh really aren't performing at all. Tom weve been great without Twigg. Just look how Sheppards done. I thought we looked tired against Pats.

Very average team in a bad league ,dont even brush off the Cork, Drogheda , Shels league winning sides.
As has been said numerous times though they will still be good enough to win the league at a canter

Actually, thinking some more about this,  I seem to remember five players being selected for one U-21 squad. Do you remember a player called Long? I think he arrived the season Pats last won the league (excluding the one we won but lost).

Wouldn't call us average in plenty of games this season, we've missed too many chances without Twigg, even though Shep has been weighing in very well.  Alot less long-ball sh*te this season, I'm more than happy with Rovers form so far.  Hopefully Twiggy's return will bring more goals.
