Blessed it happened in the middle of the night and not at Rush hour. 13th most important port in the US possibly out of action for now unless ships can cross at a different point.

Seems to have been a mechanical failure in the boat that caused it to veer off course.

Just google mapped it there. Not much of a guard rail along the side for driving. It would be higher going over the bridge in Waterford.

Also there's a Dundalk in Baltimore.
