My guess is this will not go to General sale as the club have a mailing list which they may use as they plan to i have been told .
Galway do not want Shelbourne fans in the home end for sure as most trouble we have had over the last 15 years i would say Shelbourne are at the top of the list .

Watch this space .

Good result. A few Shels heads were there and I was chatting to them at halftime. They couldn't keep a straight face knowing they got away with a non-punishment that hurt us financially.

Hopefully that GUFC win will soften their cough.

Great start to the season. Just missing a more consistent striker but Walsh is improving.

Bullied Bohs in the first half and then when needed in the second half sat in and defended well.

They're an absolutely ugly team to play against, especially if they get an early goal. I think Brendan Clarke will go down as one of our most important signings in decades. He's so reliable and gives his back 4 so much confidence.

Great result at Bohs. Delighted to see them doing so well. Excellent support whenever I've been there. Hopefully their PL success will encourage wider backing in the city. Really disappointed at lack of knowledge/engagement around the city

To be honest Galway is not a football city or GAA or anything really when it comes to sport , what we are very good at is barstooling or only come out if we are going to win something Confused

In fairness there's a nice bit of growth in younger fans even before promotion. For years we were whinging about cancelling a single bus to away games due to lack of numbers and now we've two full buses going to games since March. Can be very hard for most of us to get off work before 5 on a Friday, nevermind be at the Connacht hotel for 3 or 4pm to travel cross-country.
