What a result. Palace will definitely be punished for spoiling the fairytale end for Klipperty Klopp.
What a dilemma for this upcoming game. I'd hate Villa to get top 4 but I hate Arteta and his smug odious face and his equally horrible players to win the league.

City were always going to win the title but didn't expect it wrapped up this early. Zero chance City drop any points so would imagine clinched with a couple of games to spare.

That’s a brilliant second half performance from Villa. They’ve managed it very well too; taking the sting out of it from goal kicks and players going down. They were the only team that looked like winning it in the second half.

As unlikely as it is we're one city slip up away from it being back on.

Great weekend for City, but2 points separating 3 clubs is nothing. There's the possiblity any weekend of those placings all changing as we've just seen.
Liverpool have 3 away games coming up now and have had 3 bad results in a row. Arsenal and City both have to go to Spurs, City have never scored there in the league. More twist and turns to come yet i'm sure with all 3 teams showing signs of fatigue at times in recent weeks |

For all the improvements in atmosphere that has been made over the last 2/3 seasons, the amount of Arsenal fans that left before the end yesterday was pathetic.
I commented in the last few minutes of the Liverpool game on the fans leaving early but said to the missus that it could be travel related. At the emirates, you could see more or less all of the cannon in the stand.

It’s mad that Palmer is joint top scorer with Haaland
Think City made a mistake letting him go He’d have got games this season and looks a better player than Alvarez and Doku

If Chelsea win their game in hand they'll be ahead of United. Finishing the season with momentum.

Agreed. Could see him fitting well into that team, too. Unfortunately the way FFP (or whatever it's called now) operates means selling academy prospects is an easy way for clubs to balance their books. It's such a backwards model. Should really be the opposite.
